We're celebrating Valentine's Day this week by reading the book, My Heart, written and illustrated by Corinna Luyken. Then we are using paper, glitter, markers--anything that might make a great decoration for Valentine's Day, and we are creating a Valentine's headband. Join along.

Valentine Headband Craft Directions
Materials
-Strip of white paper
-2 pipe cleaners
-Hearts
-Tape/staple
-Markers
-Pom Poms
-Sequins
-Glue
-Scissors
Directions:
1. Using your strip of white paper measure your head and cut out to what fits your head
2. Then, glue your hearts, sequins and pom poms to your headband
3. Tape or staple your headband together
4. Once you tape/staple your headband glue your
pipe cleaners to the front of the headband
