Materials:
-Star
-Straw
-Ribbon
-Hearts
-Pompoms
-Feathers
-Tape
-Glue
Directions:
-Tape down the star to one end of your straw
-Tape down the ribbon to the back of the star (where the straw is)
-Glue or tape down feathers, pompoms or hearts to the front side of your star
-Wave your wand to cast a spell!
